Those are colors of the 80s! Love it! I think it should be called "Totally Rad Soap" =)
That is amazing! I can't figure out what it reminds me of, though "neon lava lamp" comes the closest!

I agree with Anne Marie, my first thought was 80's to.
"Totally Rad Soap" would be Totally 80's.
